The City of Lake Benton, MN is offering for sale several residential lots within the replatted area of Gile and Mork's Addition.  This is a new housing development which will feature new utilities, decorative style street lighting, curb and gutter, and hard surfaced streets.  The lots are now offered for sale on a first come, first serve basis.  Selling price of each lot will be $7,500 & $10,500.  Lot sizes vary from 82.5'x152' to 90'x189'.  There are no assessments.
