"King of Trails Marketplace" is a 400 Mile Flea Market" We are truly a melting pot, since Lake Benton is made up of several rich ethnic traditions and nationalities, not just one. Germans, Swedes, Danes, Swiss, Dutch, Bohemians, and English -- just to name a few -- make up our population. To celebrate our place on the Historic King of Trails Hwy. 75 we invite you to stop in Lake Benton while you travel the 400 Miles of beautiful Highway 75 for the "King of Trails Marketplace." And here's what you can expect!
- Farmers Market - All those who have produce from gardens, orchards,
fields, and crops set up their bounty.
- Antiques & Collectibles - Booths set up by those who have
items to sell.
- Folk Art - Wherever you turn, there are talented people who
have much to offer of their own creation. Come, see, and be surprised at
just what people create at home for others to enjoy.
