- Prayer Concerns: Leora Wallen,Rosella Hanson, those in the Military and their families, Shut-ins and those
in Assisted Living Centers and Nursing Home Facilities.
- Special Thanks: Our thanks to
Dorothy Fuller for playing the organ for worship while Rosella
recuperates from surgery. Thanks, Dorothy!
- Pastor Robin: If you should need to
contact Pastor Robin the phone number at the parsonage is 532-4144 or
she can be reached at the church office or on her cell phone at

- Bible Study: The Bible study held on
Friday mornings is not just for women. All men and youth are invited to
attend too. Sessions begin at 9:00 in rooms #7 & #8 of the
education unit and are led by Pam Seefeldt.
- Sunday School: The Board of Education
is looking for Sunday School teachers for the coming school year.They
are in need of teachers for the 6th, 7th and 8th grade classes. If you
would like to teach or assist, please contact Cassi Bloom, Terri
Cordrey or Robin Hartley. A Teachers Meeting will be held Monday,
August 25th at 7:00 pm in the education unit.
- Lutefisk Tickets: Tickets for our
26th Annual Lutefisk Supper can be purchased in the church office any weekday morning. Tickets for the October 26th supper are
again $18.00 for adults and $5.00 for children under the age of 12.
- WELCA Prairie Coteau Conference: A Fall Retreat/Officers' Workshop for the women will be held on Wednesday, September 3rd
at NeSoDak Bible Camp. Registration is from 9:00 - 9:30 am and the cost
is $6.00. There will be an introduction to the Lutheran Women Today
monthly Bible study - 'The Hidden Hand of God'. Bible study will be by
Rev. Becky Piper. The offering will be divided between Answer the Call
and Joy Ranch kitchen. For more info, check the fliers that are posted.
- Corn Preparation: It's time to pick corn and
prepare it for the lutefisk supper. All who can help are asked to meet
at Laird and Kathy Larson's farm at 5:00 Sunday afternoon to pick.
Shucking the corn will begin at 7:00 am tomorrow morning and cutting
and preparation will begin at 8:00. Coffee and goodies will be served
in the morning. If you have any questions, please contact Greg Furness.
- Worship Schedule: Beginning September 7th , we will go back to our regular worship schedule. Services will begin at 9:30 am and Sunday School will be held at 1030.
- Fall Bazaar: St. Paul's Fall Bazaar will be held Wednesday, October
1st. Co-chairmen Darlene Audus and Pam Seefeldt are looking for
volunteers to work. We hope you will call and volunteer your time.

- Sewing Day: The women will meet this Wednesday morning at 9:00 to sew quilts for
Lutheran World Relief. Bring a dish to pass for the noon potluck.
