MEMBERSHIP

Membership dues are $25.00 per family. The Poinsett Pounders meet once a month at Outskirts Lodge on the first Sunday of the month. At our meetings we always have a meeting with lunch to follow.  Our biggest event of the year is our Winter Games with activities held on the third weekend of January.  We also hold our Membership Golf Tourney every summer.  Last summer we held the summer campout for the SDSA at Outskirts Lodge.  These are just some of the many things we host as a club.

 By joining the Poinsett Pounders Snowmobile Club you also become a member of the South Dakota Snowmobile Association.  You will receive the SnoPlainsman, which includes 7 issues, September through March.  The SnoPlainsman will keep you updated on all of the issues that the SDSA board is confronted with. The SDSA promotes trails and your right to ride.  It also provides state and local trail maps for your convenience.

Members Honored

Bonnie Moeller received the Hall of Fame award at the 2009 SDSA Convention in Yankton. Dani Reitsma was named "Youth Snowmobiler of the Year"
