             Association Free Lutheran Theological Seminary, 
             Plymouth, Minnesota.

	1991-92 Student Chaplain at nursing homes and hospitals in 
             Minot, North Dakota and Eau Claire, Wisconsin through 
             Clinical Pastoral Education.

Current Occupation:


	2001 - present:  Pastor of Ortley Free Lutheran Church, 
             Ortley, South Dakota.

	I was ordained in 1994 by the Association of Free Lutheran Congregations 
        and have served as Pastor of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 
        Pleasanton, Texas; St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Whitestown, Indiana; 
        and Interim Assistant Pastor of Minnewaska Lutheran Church, Starbuck, Minnesota.



Musical Experience:


	1975-83  Alexandria, Minnesota Public School Orchestra Program
                 (Cello and Bass Viol), including "Rainbow 
                 Strings" dinner music ensemble, 1981-83.

	1978-87  I studied Cello with Suzanne Winters, Dr. Joan Garvin, and Dr. Ann Alton.
		
	1983-87  Concordia College Orchestra, (Principal 
                 Cellist, 1986-87).
		
	1985-87  Fargo-Moorhead Symphony Orchestra.
	
	1990-96  I performed with the Civic Orchestra of Minneapolis,
		 the Devils Lake (North Dakota) Community Orchestra, the 
                 Chippewa Valley Symphony Orchestra, Eau Claire, Wisconsin,
		 and the San Antonio (Texas) Civic Orchestra.

	2001-present  SDSU-Civic Symphony Orchestra, Brookings, South Dakota.

	1986-94  I taught private cello and violin lessons.

	I also am a self-taught banjo and harmonica player and singer.
